$200/hr Gift Certificates​

Tattoo Gift Certificates will be available in person and online via this form. I am appointment only and do not have hours I am in studio so please fill out the form even if you are coming in person to receive certificate.

I will be offering more gift certificates and they are at my normal $200/hr rate​

Person receiving Gift Certificate must be 18 years old. Please refer to my Tattoo Info Page

Gift Certificate "To" and "From" fields will be blank for you to fill out.

Will be pre filled with amount and expiration date.

Gift Certificates will expire after 6 months from date of request.

My Venmo/Paypal will be sent to you via email/phone number for payment.

Gift Certificate will be mailed once payment is received.

Cash will not be accepted for Gift Certificates. (Although I do prefer cash for tattoos typically, I just don’t want to loose track of any money since payment will up front before service is provided)

You may also pay for the certificate in person. I do only take PayPal, Venmo and tap cards. I do not have a credit card processor.
