Tattoo Appointment Request Form
Please refer to my TATTOO INFO page before filling out there you will find ALL of my schedule so far and how to book with me!Please only submit one form per project. If you need to attach more images, please wait until I reach out. Check spam folders for email reply.
The more creative freedom the better :)
All appointments do require
a $100-$200 Deposit
*2025 Custom work hourly rate $200/hour
$200 minimum
*Pre Drawn Designs are available to book at $150/hr
*I do not have a credit card processor but I do accept Zelle, Venmo and credit cards with tap to pay
*Cash is of course king but do not feel obligated to bring cash
